Joe Kaczmarek tweeted that neighbors were discussing street justice and that more gunshots rang out nearby as he reported from the scene while Philadelphia Police investigated a double murder last night.

The Philadelphia Daily News reported that “two friends sitting on a porch in Olney on a rainy Monday night were killed in cold blood when a man walked up and shot both of them at close range, police said.”

According to myfoxphilly.com, police say they are looking for a young man in a gray hooded sweat shirt.

CBS3 has a video report from the scene this morning, and says that “police have identified the victims as Rodney Ramseur and his girlfriend Latia Jones,” and that the suspect “may have jumped into an older model Grey-colored Ford Taurus with a black hood and got away.”
