Police are searching for two armed bandits who held up a CVS Pharmacy at gunpoint early this morning in Bala Cynwyd, according to philly.com.
Philadelphia Daily News photojournalist Alejandro Alvarez @phillyrover captured photos of heavily-armed Lower Merion Police officers stopping the occupants of a vehicle on City Avenue, on the border with Philadelphia this morning, soon after the robbery:

The men were soon released. A report from 6ABC says that two armed men removed cash from a safe and then fled in an unknown direction. mainlinemedianews.com reports that the men entered the store at 5:45 a.m., confronted employees with a firearm and got away with an undetermined amount of cash, according to police.
