Suspect arrested and charged in connection with Good Times Bar Two shooting

Philadelphia Police have announced the arrest of suspect Quinzel Caiby in connection with a shooting outside the Good Times Bar Two located at 6601 Lansdowne Avenue in April.

According to police, Caiby was caught on this surveillance video drawing a firearm and firing several times towards a group of people standing outside the bar. Two victims were injured in the shooting. Police say Caiby is charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and related offenses.
