On Tuesday, U.S. Marshals reported that they pulled over and arrested Stephen Miller, 22, in Houston, TX, and that he will be extradited back to Philadlephia to face murder charges in connection with Kimble’s death, which followed an argument at the P.Y.T. restaurant at the Piazza at Schmidt’s. Kimble was shot several times and rushed to Hahnemann University Hospital, where he died.
