Mothers in Charge, a grass roots Philadelphia community of women who have lost loved ones to violence, has begun volunteering to conduct the Thinking for a Change Program — to help young men at PICC – the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center — to learn to make better decisions when they return to their communities.
