A source on scene confirms one shooting victim on the Ben Franklin Parkway tonight during Philadelphia Fourth of July celebration.

Other sources report two people shot altogether, with a suspect in the first shooting possibly shot by police.
At least one of the wounded was a teenager.
Police radio:

Police reported more gunshots later on radio, but no shooting victims were located. One person had a head injury in the mob.
