According to 6ABC, A 10-year-old boy was shot in the leg yesterday evening in an attempt to protect his younger brother. No arrests have been made.
An advisory from Temple Police reads:
Philadelphia and Temple Police are investigating a shooting which took place just after 10 pm at the intersection of 11th and Norris streets, adjacent to campus. A 10-year-old child was shot in the leg and has been hospitalized. The suspect is a black male wearing a blue and white sweatsuit last seen going north on Marvine. Anyone with information should immediately call 911.
