All three shooting victims were evacuated by helicopter to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
A woman found bound and beaten in the trunk of a car at the center of the crime scene was also hospitalized.
Numerous homes and cars were struck along East Moore Street, and shell casings littered the scene. A TEC-9 semi-automatic pistol was also recovered.
