Neighbors watch police investigate the crime scene on N. 29th Street near Jefferson Street in the Brewerytown section of Philadelphia, Thursday Aug. 16, 2012, after a was shot to death. Police said a 19 year-old male was fatally shot, while sitting on the front step of a house on the 1500 block of N. 29th Street, when a gunman fired twelve shots hitting the male three times in the left side.
