Mapped: Four dead, six wounded by gunfire this weekend in Philadelphia

The GunCrisis Reporting Project is tracking nine incidents in which a total of ten people have been reported shot across Philadelphia this weekend.

Four men have died, including a 17-year-old at an East Mount Airy playground Friday night.

The other homicide scenes were located at 2800 Vare Avenue and on the 1500 block of Federal Street, both in South Philadelphia, and on the 2500 block of North Sartain Street in North Philadlephia.

This count also includes a man wounded by police gunfire after he aimed a weapon at officers at North 9th Street and Hunting Park Avenue, according to police officials.

Two men were hospitalized after a shooting on the 4900 block of North Broad Street at around 1 a.m.

Three more people have wounded in separate weekend incidents, including a man on the 1200 block of West Cumberland Street early Sunday, a man on the 2000 block of Mifflin Street Friday night, and a woman on South Hollywood Street early Saturday morning.
