Investigators examine a handgun recovered as evidence after two 15th district police officers shot and wounded a man, Sunday Sept. 16, 2012, on the 1600 block of Granite Street in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. Police said officers were flagged down by a robbery victim near Frankford Avenue and Pratt Street who gave them a description of the robber.
