Six people were shot, one fatally in five incidents overnight in Philadelphia:
• A 24-year-old man was killed and another 24-year-old man was wounded in a shooting on the 2000 block of Castor Avenue in Frankford just before 1 a.m. Thursday.
• A 24-year-old woman was shot in the back just after midnight in the area of 13th and Catherine Streets.
• A 36-year-old man was shot multiple times on the 1800 block of Conlyn Street in East Germantown around 8:45 Wednesday night.
• An 18-year-old man was reported in critical condition after he was shot multiple times on the 2200 block of East Monmouth Street in Port Richmond at about 7:30 Wednesday evening.
