Shooter wounds man in Fairhill overnight

mapA 23-year-old man was reported in stable condition at Temple University Hospital after he was shot in the area of 2900 Mutter Street in the Fairhill section of North Philadelphia around 3:30 a.m. Monday.

Police say a masked man, riding a bike approached the 23-year-old victim who didn’t understand what the suspect wanted because of a language barrier, according to a report at 6ABC. Then, the suspect became frustrated and shot the victim in the face.
