The victim reported that he had been shot in front of a Chinese restaurant on Kensington Avenue, according to police. He arrived at Episcopal Hospital in a private vehicle but was transferred to Temple University Hospital, where he was reported in stable condition. Police were checking the Do Do Chinese Restaurant for possible surveillance footage.
Shooters wounded three men in less than three hours in separate incidents early Thursday morning.
