Gun Crisis Solution of the Day: Delaware officials seek to disrupt straw purchases with manadatory stolen-gun reporting

Matt Denn joined Delaware State Police Troopers to present a bill which would require gun owners to report lost or stolen firearms. The move is intended to thwart straw purchases, a practice in which guns are bought legally but sometimes end up in the hands of criminals who have previously lost their right to own firearms.
