Shell casings litter the scene following a fatal shooting Tuesday night in North Philadelphia

Hancock & Dauphin HomicideAs members of the crime scene unit collected evidence in the rain, police officers led a man away from the scene in handcuffs and were awaiting a search warrant for a nearby house.

According to police, the victim was shot twice in the chest just before 8 p.m. Investigators located eleven fired cartridge casings and two projectiles on the sidewalk outside of a corner store.
