Children escape injury as stray bullet strikes Point Breeze daycare center

23rd & Mifflin ShootingPolice were seeking three men in ski masks after a 20-year-old man was shot four times on Mifflin Street near Point Breeze Avenue, just outside the It’z a Kidz Thang day care center at about 5:45 p.m.

Sources said surveillance video showed three men in a heated exchange before pulling out guns and firing multiple shots, according to NBC10. They identified the wounded man as Rasull Gray and said that five children and three employees were inside at the time of the shooting but escaped injury.

The shooting victim was reported in stable condition at Methodist Hospital, according to CBS3.
