Neighbors, friends and family members grieve at fatal shooting scene

4th Street HomicideAccording to police, the victim was shot several times in his upper torso and was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.

As police investigated, about a dozen of the victim’s friends and family members of gather along the sidewalk, and in an abandoned lot across the street.

A man who identified himself as ‘Baby Boy’ said “I don’t play around on these streets anymore, ’cause I don’t want my kids to see me this way.”
