According to police, a 32-year-old man was shot once in his chest on Duncannon Avenue near 15th Street at around 1:30 p.m. The victim was pronounced dead at Einstein Medical Center a short time later.
Police said that the incident started when two men began arguing and then exchanged gunfire, according to a report form CBS3.
