According to police, the victim was shot in the back in the area of North 9th and West York Streets shortly before 4 p.m., and officers rushed him to Temple University Hospital.
According to philly.com, police said that the 37-year-old victim and his 27-year-old stepbrother were fighting when the younger man pulled a gun and shot him twice in the back.
