Three men critically wounded after separate overnight shooting incidents across Philadelphia


After a three-day stretch during which only one shooting victim was reported in Philadelphia, shooters left three men in critical condition after separate incidents overnight.

A 54-year-old man was reported in critical condition after he was shot in the back in the area of East Clearfield and F Streets in the Kensington section of Philadelphia Friday night.

A 20-year-old man was shot in the head in the area of 41st and Parrish Streets in West Philadelphia just after midnight. The victim was reported in critical condition at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The victim then ran several blocks and collapsed on Lancaster Avenue, according to 6ABC.

A 25-year-old man was shot multiple times in the area of Haverford Avenue and 51st Street in West Philadelphia at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday. The victim was listed in critical condition at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, according to CBS3.
