Shooter wounds man and woman Monday night in North Philadelphia

The 27-year-old woman was shot in the arm and a 24-year-old man was shot three times at about 9:30 p.m., according to police.

18th & Huntingdon Double ShootingPeople on the edge of the crime scene reacted as both victims were rushed to Temple Hospital by police. The man was listed in critical condition and the woman was stable, police said.

Sources said that the shooting resulted form an argument with a known assailant. According to, the man was shot three times, including once in the face.

In a separate incident a 20-year-old man was shot in the arm at 52nd and Arch Streets at about 9 p.m. Monday.
