Zamora was killed inside an SUV parked in the Harrowgate shopping center near the V.I.P nightclub early Sunday morning.

The victim’s brother — Steve Zamora — seen wearing a green jacket in many of these photos, joined loved ones Monday night to light candles and sing together in tribute at a makeshift memorial. Family members said Zamora was survived by four children, an eight-year-old son and two more daughters, ages five and four, and well as Adriani.

A nightclub security guard witnessed the shooting and exchanged gunfire with the assailant, but it was not clear if the gunman had been wounded. Family members say that police informed them they were questioning a person who later showed up with several gunshot wounds at a New Jersey hospital.

The family says they are trying to help Zamora’s father with arrangements to travel from Costa Rica to attend the funeral, which is planned for later this week.
