Shooter wounds 19-year-old Tuesday evening in Allegheny West

According to police, the 19-year-old victim was wounded in his upper right arm outside a corner grocery store shortly after 6 p.m. and was taken to by medics Temple University Hospital where he was listed in stable but critical condition. Police said the incident was captured on security video.
