Drive-by shooter kills man near prom party in North Philadelphia

JK 2RThe victim was rushed to St. Joseph’s Hospital with a chest wound but pronounced dead a short time later.

Police said that victim was on a dirt bike when a gunman inside a car drove by and opened fire, according to NBC10. Police are reviewing surveillance video from a camera in the neighborhood but no arrests were reported.
