Hellen Street Double ShootingPolice were responding to a report of gunshots on East Tioga Street near Emerald Streets shortly before 7:30 p.m. Monday and found the wounded man nearby on Helen Street. Medics rushed the victim to Temple University Hospital, where he was reported in critical but stable condition.

Police rushed a second victim — a 21-year-old man with an arm wound — to Temple, where he was reported stable. According to CBS3, police say they are looking for two men who reportedly drove away in either a red or gold car.
