Woman wounded in West Philadelphia

Harmer Street ShootingAccording to police, a 26-year-old woman was shot once in her right leg and rushed by medics to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she was reported in stable condition.

Police said that they located two 9mm shell casings on Harmer Street near 55th, where they believe the incident took place.
