Shooter kills 18-year-old woman and critically wounds man in Northeast Philadelphia overnight

Sebring Street Double Shooting / HomicideAccording to police, officers responded to the 2800 block of Sebring Street at 1:35 a.m. for a report of gunshots. They found an 18-year-old woman in the living room who had been fatally wounded and a 23-year-old man suffering from a shotgun wound to the abdomen.

Police said that the wounded man was taken to the Aria Health Torresdale Campus, where he was listed in very critical condition.

NBC10 is reporting that police believe they know the identity of the shooter and are actively trying to track him down.

Sebring Street Double Shooting / HomicideThere may have been a scuffle inside the house, according to 6ABCFOX29 reports that police were interviewing other people who were inside the home at the time of the shootings.
