2600 Wolf HomicideAccording to police, a man in his 20s was gunned down while he was standing in his grandmother’s backyard near 26th and Wolf Streets.

Police rushed the victim, who had been shot in the face, to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was pronounced dead.

Two more men were wounded in separate shooting incidents reported across Philadelphia overnight, and we will have complete report with local and regional updates later today. Thirty people have been shot in Philadelphia over the last seven days.
