#GunCrisis: Philadelphia Week in Review

Investigators gather on 12th Street near Chew Avenue in the Olney section of Philadelphia on Monday Oct. 14, 2013, after a man was shot.  According to investigators a 21-year-old man was shot two times in the right leg at around 8 p.m. who was taken to Einstein Hospital by a private auto where he was listed in stable condition.  Police said six fired shell casing were found on 12th Street and one car was struck by stray bullets.  GunCrisis.org/ Joseph Kaczmarek
