Shooting victim found inside crashed car Friday night in Swampoodle

21st & Somerset Street ShootingPolice rushed the victim to Temple University Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body.

Police believe that the victim may have been shot in the area of 25th and Cumberland Streets and was trying to drive himself to the hospital.

21st & Somerset Street ShootingNearly 48 hours had passed since Philadelphia’s last shooting victim had been reported Wednesday night in the Eastwick section of Southwest Philadelphia.

Three more men were critically wounded Friday night and early Saturday morning in separate incidents reported in Brewerytown, Hunting Park and West Philadelphia. Come back to GunCrisis.org for more information later today.
