Gun violence takes brutal toll on youngest victims across US in November

As we reported Friday, two teens were among four people wounded in a burst of Philadelphia shooting incidents.

  1. How many of those children were involved in gang activity or illicit pharmaceutical sales? Wouldn’t that be pertinent to the conversation?
