At the Gun Crisis Reporting Project, we tracked 82 shootings incidents which left 95 people wounded in Philadelphia during December, 2013, based on original reporting, media reports, police officials and other sources. Those events are represented on this map in the order in which they occurred.
At least 16 victims died on the same day they were shot, and another 24 were initially reported in critical condition. At least eight teens were shot during the month.
