Violent night begins with a fatal shooting in Strawberry Mansion

N. Myrtlewood Street HomicideAccording to police, patrol officers found the 29-year-old victim shortly before 7 p.m. on the sidewalk on North Myrtlewood Street near West Sedgley Avenue, suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck.

They rushed him to Hahnemann University Hospital, but he was pronounced dead a short time later.
