According to investigators, police responded to Loretto Avenue near Magee Avenue just after 9:30 p.m. and rushed the 29-year-old victim to the Aria Health Torresdale Campus, where he was listed in critical condition.
Police said that the gunman approached as the victim was getting out of his car and ordered him to hand over his wallet before opening fire.
Two more men were wounded in a separate shooting incident in Philadelphia Monday night and we will have a crime scene report later today.
