Gun Recovery & Narcotics ArrestSeveral people were handcuffed at the scene on the 1200 block of Seltzer Street, where police said they had received numerous reports of gunfire and drug activity in recent weeks. Police said that they recovered drugs as well as the weapons.

Updates: Two men were shot in unrelated incidents Thursday, in East Germantown and West Philadelphia. At the Gun Crisis Reporting Project, we have counted 37 shooting victims this month in Philadelphia, including 13 fatalities.
