Woman found dead inside South Philadelphia home Tuesday

Medics pronounced a woman dead inside after she was found shortly after 1 p.m., according to a Philadelphia Daily News report, which added that the victim had apparently lived at the address. A gun and shell casings also were found in the bedroom with the deceased woman, according to reports from the Philadelphia Inquirer and Fox29.
