Man killed near earlier murder scene:

A 22-year-old man was shot to death around 9:30 Wednesday night at 4th and Cayuga Streets in the Feltonville section of Philadelphia, about two blocks north from the spot where a candle was burning at the memorial for a man killed one night earlier. Police said ten fired shell casing were found at the scene -- shown in the slide show at the top of this page -- and that they located surveillance video of the incident.
