Philadelphia Police have released surveillance video seeking the gunman wanted for a shooting earlier this month on North Reese Street in the Fairhill section of the city:

Updated with media reports: Double shooting in Mount Moriah

Two men were wounded, one critically, in a shooting incident reported late Thursday morning on South Simpson Street, near Greenway Avenue and South 56th Street in the Mount Moriah section of Southwest Philadelphia. Police rushed both victims, both men in their 30s, to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Updated with photos: Teen abducted at gunpoint Wednesday

A 15-year-old boy is reunited with his mother after he was abducted by gunmen during a home invasion robbery Wednesday in Northeast Philadelphia and later released uninjured in Center City.

A 22-year-old man was reported in stable condition after he was shot in the ankle late Thursday morning while sitting in front of a home on North 66th Street near Lebanon Avenue in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia.
