Penn Street Homicide

A family member grieves as homicide investigators gather on the 4200 block of Penn Street in the Frankford section of Philadelphia on Saturday June 28, 2014, after a man was shot to death following a dispute over a parking space. According to police shorty after 3 p.m. police responded to the area for reports of a shooting and when they arrived they found a man in his twenties suffering from at least one fatal gunshot wound lying on the porch of a house. Police said medics arrived shortly after that and pronounced the man dead on scene. As police investigated the scene several family members arrived and sobbed near the police lines.
