Two women were shot in the head around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday on Fallon Street, near Westminster Avenue and 49th Street in the Mill Creek section of West Philadelphia.

Police rushed a 36-year-old woman to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she was listed in critical condition after she was shot twice in the head. Medics rushed a 35-year-old woman to HUP, where she was reported stable after she was shot in the eye during the same incident.

Police said than an argument between neighbors led to the gunfire, according to 6ABC. NBC10 reported that the women were shot while sitting on the front steps of a home.
