A 25-year-old man died after he was shot 10 times late Sunday night in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.

Altogether, we tracked a dozen shooting victims in Philadelphia during the holiday weekend. Three men were pronounced dead on the same day they were shot and two more were initially reported in critical condition.

Update: Man killed in Overbrook Park:
Police rushed a 27-year-old man to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania after, but he did not survive, after he was shot in the chest around 12:45 p.m. Sunday, inside a home on Brentwood Road near North 75th Street in the Overbrook Park section of Philadelphia.
Off-duty officer opens fire during Center City confrontation:
An off-duty officer from the Philadelphia Housing Authority Police Department opened fire after another man pouted a gun toward around 1 a.m. Sunday in Center City, according to Philadelphia Police officials.

Investigators said that the PHA officer had been involved in an argument with four men inside another car at South 8th and Lombard Streets, when one pulled a gun and the driver attempted to run over the officer, according to NBC10: http://ow.ly/yPhhm

Man wounded early Sunday in Kingessing:
Police rushed a 28-year-old man to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was listed in stable condition after he was shot twice in the chest around 2:45 a.m. Sunday on South 58th Street near Greenway Avenue in the Kingsessing section of Southwest Philadelphia.
Shooting wounds man in Juniata Park:
Police rushed 22-year-old man to Temple University Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition with leg wounds following a shooting incident reported just a few minutes after midnight Sunday on East Luzerne Street near H Street in the Juniata Park section of Philadelphia.
Trenton shooting victims reported:

Robbery victim finds car missing:
The victim of an armed robbery Saturday in Mantua later found that his car had been stolen, after handing over his keys during the original incident, according to a Philly.com report: http://ow.ly/yPcmA
Holmesburg shooting leaves man critically wounded:
Medics rushed a 32-year-old man to the Aria Health Torresdale Campus, where he was listed in critical condition after he was shot five times early Saturday in the Holmesburg section of Northeast Philadelphia. The incident took place shortly after 2 a.m. on Vista Street between Torresdale Avenue and Edmund Street.
Two teens wounded:
Police look for evidence after two teens were wounded in a shooting early Saturday in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.

Police rushed the victims — ages 15 and 18 — to Temple University Hospital after they were shot shortly after midnight Saturday on East Atlantic Street near Frankford Avenue on the Kensington section of Philadelphia.
Man wounded Friday night in Strawberry Mansion:
Neighbors return home to find their car damaged by gunfire after a shooting incident which left a 25-year-old man wounded around 9:30 p.m. Friday on West Cumberland Street near North 33rd Street in the Strawberry Mansion section of West Philadelphia.

Man critically wounded:

Man grazed in Swmapoodle:
A 21-year-old man was grazed on the back by gunfire around 2:20 a.m. Friday on North Van Pelt Street, near West Cambria and North 22nd Streets in the Swampoodle section of North Philadelphia.
Update: One killed, one wounded in Frankford:
Police rushed two 25-year-old men to Temple University Hospital after they were shot around 9:45 p.m. Thursday on Akron Street near Pratt Street in the Frankford section of Philadelphia, but one of the victims did not survive.

The second victim was listed in stable condition with a leg wound. Police said they located five fired shell casings and video that which showed the gunman and another man fleeing west on Bridge Street.
