Norristown shooting victim flown to Temple

Norristown Police responded to the report of a shooting just before 6 p.m. Wednesday on New Hope Street, near East Fornance Street.

Police said that a 22-year-old man was shot in his right eye during an attempted robbery, and was flown by helicopter to Temple University Hospital, where he was in stable condition, according to timesherald.com.
