Young man wounded early Thursday in Southwest Philadelphia shooting

Medics rushed a 19-year-old man to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania after he was shot twice around 12:45 a.m. Thursday on Hadfield Street near 58th Street and Whitby Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia.

The victim told police he was outside a residence when a gunman came up and fired on him, according to 6ABC. Police told CBS3 that the victim was shot once in each thigh.
