Media reports: Robbery suspect accidentally shoots himself:

An 18-year-old man accidentally shot himself around 10:45 p.m. Sunday, on Guilford Street near Northeast High School in Rhawnhurst.

Police said the wounded man was a suspect who shot himself during a robbery, according to a report from Fox29: http://ow.ly/AbLyH

Man critically wounded in West Philadelphia

Medics rushed a 20-year-old man to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was listed in critical condition after he suffered several gunshot wounds late Sunday afternoon, in the area of Baltimore Avenue and 58th Street in West Philadelphia.

Two men wounded Sunday in East Frankford:

A 40-year-old suffered multiple gunshot wounds and a 37-year-old man was struck in the foot, following an shooting incident reported early Sunday afternoon on Tackawanna Street, between Margaret and Foulkrod Streets in the East Frankford section of Philadelphia. Both victims were being treated at the Aria Health Frankford Campus.

Man and woman shot to death in South Philadelphia:

Medics pronounced a man and woman dead in South Philadelphia around 9:30 a.m. Sunday, inside a home on South Hutchinson Street, near 10th and Ritner Streets. Both victims, estimated to be in their 20s, were shot in the head.

Two men wounded in Fairhill shootings:

Police rushed a 37-year-old man to Temple University Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition after he was shot several times, just after 2 a.m. Sunday on North 8th Street near West Clearfield Street in the Fairhill section of North Philadelphia.

About two hours later, police rushed a 38-year-old shooting victim to Temple, where he was also listed in stable condition after he was shot in the leg on North Orkney Street near West Clearfield and North 5th Streets in Fairhill.

The wounded man ran from the scene and happened to collapse near a passing nurse, according to a report from 6ABC. http://ow.ly/AaeMA

Man wounded in North Philadelphia:

Medics rushed a 24-year-old man to Temple University Hosptail, where he was listed in critical condition after he was shot multiple times around 9 a.m. Saturday On North Park Avenue, near West Cambria and 13th Streets in North Philadelphia.

Updates:

By Saturday morning, more than 36 hours had passed with no shooting victims reported in Philadelphia.

The last victim was 19-year-old man who had been killed Thursday night, ending a 24-hour outbreak of gun violence during which five people have been shot.

Weekend shootings have been reported in Wilmington, Delaware and Willingboro, New Jersey, according to reports from 6ABC.
