Man wounded in Kensington:

A 32-year-old man was listed in stable condition at the Episcopal Campus of Temple University Hospital with a thumb wound after he was shot around 3 p.m. Tuesday in the area of West Ontario and C Street in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.
