Two men shot Wednesday night on Tulip Street

A 22-year-old man was shot once and a 20-year-old man was shot twice, around 10:45 p.m. in the area of Tulip and East Monmouth Streets, according to police. Both victims were taken to Temple University Hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.

Teddy bears were also found hanging from nooses at the scene. CBS3, 6ABC and NBC10 also have reports.
