Man wounded on Lancaster Avenue:

Police rushed a 36-year-old man to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania after he was shot once in the back around 11:45 p.m. Monday, on Lancaster Avenue near North 41st Street in the Belmont section of Philadelphia.

Man shot in Nicetown:

A 20-year-old man was listed in stable condition after he arrived at Temple University Hospital with arm wounds Monday night. He was shot on Bristol Street near North 17th Street, shortly after 10 p.m. in the Nicetown section of Philadelphia.

An elderly woman was wounded in a shooting reported shortly before 4 p.m. Monday, on West Ashmed Street, near Greene and Manheim Streets in Germantown. She was listed in stable condition at Einstein Medical Center.

Man killed in Kensington:

Medics pronounced a 26-year-old man dead at the scene after he was shot multiple times in the head and back during an argument Monday morning. The incident took place around 7:40 a.m. inside a home on Rutledge Street, near Indiana Avenue and C Street.

Police rushed a 24-year-old woman to Einstein Medical Center after she was shot around 3:30 a.m. Monday, in the area of North 5th Street and Roosevelt Boulevard, where the Olney, Hunting Park and Feltonville neighborhoods come together.

No injuries were reported after a gunpoint home invasion reported early Monday in the Fairhill section of North Philadelphia. Cash, jewelry and personal possessions were taken, and the intruder fled on a bicycle.
