Teen wounded in Torresdale during attempted robbery

Police rushed an 18-year-old shooting victim to the Aria Health Torresdale Campus, where he was listed in critical condition with a chest wound after he was struck, shortly before 8 p.m. Sunday at the Torresdale Playground on Leon Street near Eden Street in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia. According to police, the victim was wounded during an attempted robbery while at the playground with friends. A police helicopter a the SWAT team responded but did not locate the gunman.
Woman injured by gunfire in Fairhill
A 26-year-old woman suffered a graze wound to her left ear while inside a home on West Clearfield Street near North 7th Street in the Fairhill section of Philadelphia, just after 7 p.m. Sunday. Police officers rushed the woman to Temple University Hospital where she was listed in stable condition, police said.
Second man critically wounded in North Philadelphia:

Police rushed a 37-year-old man to Temple University Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition after he was shot in the neck just after 11 p.m. Saturday on North 28th Street near West Huntingdon Street in North Philadelphia.
Police lead a handcuffed man from the area.

A 28-year-old man was listed in critical condition at Temple University Hospital after he was shot several times on North American, near West Ontario and North 3rd Streets in North Philadelphia, shortly before 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
Man wounded in East Germantown
Police rushed a 47-year-old man to Einstein Medical Center, where he was placed in stable condition with a hand wound after he was shot on East Stafford Street, near Musgrave Street and East Chelten Avenue in the East Germantown section of Philadelphia.
Fern Rock shooting wounds one:
A 23-year-old man arrived at Einstein Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition with an arm wound after he was shot just after 9 p.m. Saturday in the area of West Chew Avenue and North 10th Street in the Fern Rock section of Philadelphia.
Shooting leaves one man dead, another critically wounded:
One man was pronounced dead on location and another was listed in extremely critical condition at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, after a double shooting reported just after 8 p.m. Saturday inside a home on Angora Terrace near 53rd Street and Baltimore Avenue in West Philadelphia.

Sources identified the man who was killed as resident Ben Cook, and said the wounded man was 24-year-old Eric Clenahan, who had been visiting Cook, according to a report from NBC10: http://ow.ly/BbQoi

Man wounded Saturday evening in Olney:
Medics rushed a 20-year-old man to Einstein Medical Center after he was shot several times, shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday on West Eleanor Street, near 5th Street and Roosevelt Boulevard in the Olney section of Philadelphia.

Shooting victim critically wounded in Southwest Philadelphia:
A 30-year-old man was shot in the chest around 1 a.m. Saturday on Woodland Avenue near South 52nd Street in Southwest Philadelphia.

Police officers rushed a 22-year-old man to Einstein Medical Center after he was shot multiple times in his legs and lower back around 7:45 p.m. Friday, on Mayland Street near Lowber Avenue in West Oak Lane section on Philadelphia.

Man wounded in Eastwick Friday afternoon
A 38-year-old man was shot once in the arm just after 3:30 p.m. Friday on Buist Avenue near South 73rd Street in the Eastwick section of Southwest Philadelphia. Police rushed him to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he was listed in stable condition.
