13-year-old shot in Franklinville

Police rushed a 13-year-old boy to Temple University Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition after he was shot twice in the stomach, shortly before 8 p.m. Monday, in the area of North Marvine and West Venango Streets, near 11th Street in the Franklinville section of North Philadelphia.

Police said that the shooting may have been accidental and that a 16-year-old was in custody, according to a report from CBS3.
